3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Non-payment of fees

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Auto Messenger offers subscription plans with different features. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

4.2 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You must cancel before renewal to avoid charges
• We may change prices with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trials. After the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Auto Messenger for:

• Spamming or unsolicited messages
• Harassment or threats
• Illegal activities
• Fraud or phishing
• Violating others' privacy
• Automated bulk messaging without consent
• Circumventing carrier restrictions

6. SMS and Carrier Compliance

6.1 Carrier Terms

You must comply with your mobile carrier's terms of service. We are not responsible for carrier restrictions or additional charges.

6.2 SMS Costs

Auto Messenger uses your mobile balance for sending SMS. You are responsible for all SMS charges from your carrier.

6.3 Compliance Requirements

You must ensure your messages comply with:

• Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations
• Carrier-specific guidelines
• Anti-spam laws
• Consumer protection laws

7. Intellectual Property

Auto Messenger and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spireleap Innovations and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Messenger shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions or delays
• Carrier network issues
• SMS delivery failures
• User-generated content

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that may temporarily disrupt service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
